Buyer Terms
Version of October 20, 2026, in force from that date. Published in Serbian, Russian and English; if the versions differ, the Serbian version prevails.
These terms apply to companies that use the RedBox.biz platform as buyers, to find goods from Chinese manufacturers and have them delivered. They supplement the Terms of Use and are concluded between your company and Red Box DOO, Belgrade (Red Box) when you accept them on registering your company.
1. What Red Box does
Red Box is an information service. It searches marketplaces for goods, calculates a preliminary cost, forwards your requests to the logistics partners you choose, keeps the correspondence and prepares contract documents from the parties’ details. Estimates are preliminary and are not an offer. Buyers use the platform free of charge.
2. Who you contract with
The goods are purchased, imported and delivered by the logistics partner whose quote you accept: it is your supplier and importer. The supply contract and any additional requirements contract are concluded directly between your company and the partner. Red Box is not a party to these contracts.
3. Payments
You pay the partner directly, to the bank account stated in the contract on the platform. Red Box never receives, holds or transfers your money for goods or services. The Red Box fee is paid by the partner. It may be shown as a separate line in the quote so you can see how the price is made up, but it is already included in the partner’s price.
4. Fraud protection
Pay only to the account stated in the contract on the platform. Red Box never asks you to pay for goods into its own account. If an email or message asks you to pay to different bank details, check with the partner on a phone number you already know and tell us. Red Box is not liable for payments made to bank details changed outside the platform.
5. Partner verification, ratings and reviews
The Red Box verification mark only means that the company is registered and that, on the date of verification, its details matched public registers. It is not a guarantee of quality, solvency or performance. Ratings and reviews are the opinions of other buyers. You choose the supplier, the goods and the partner.
6. Contract templates
The supply contract is generated from a Red Box template and the parties’ details. The parties check it themselves and may agree on other terms. Red Box does not give legal, tax or customs advice.
7. Your obligations
Give accurate company details, confirm contracts only if you are authorised to act for the company, and use requests and chat in good faith.
8. Import and product requirements
Together with the partner, within the supply contract, you are responsible for making sure the goods can lawfully be imported and sold: certificates, labelling, permits, trade mark rights. Goods on the prohibited list in the Terms of Use may not be purchased through the platform.
9. Claims about goods and delivery
Claims about the quality, quantity, timing or damage of goods go to the partner under the supply contract. At your request Red Box provides the deal records it holds, such as correspondence, contracts and the stage history, to help resolve the dispute, but it is not a party or an arbitrator.
10. Reviews
Only the buyer of a completed deal may leave a review, once and truthfully. It is published with your company name, the product and the amount if you agree. You are responsible for the content of your review. Red Box may hide a review containing insults, personal data or knowingly false statements and gives the reason.
11. Liability
Red Box operates the platform with due care. The partner is responsible under the supply contract for the goods, their price, quality, delivery and customs clearance. Because the platform is free for buyers, Red Box is not liable for damage caused by ordinary negligence. If that exclusion is held invalid, the total liability of Red Box towards your company is limited to RSD 10,000. Red Box is not liable for lost profit or indirect loss. These limits do not apply to intent or gross negligence.
12. Indemnity
Your company compensates Red Box for losses and reasonable costs arising from claims of third parties and public authorities caused by your breach of the law, these terms or the rights of others, including through goods you purchased or a review you published.
13. Data
We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Partners you send a request to see your company details and the request itself.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes not settled by negotiation within 30 days are decided by the Commercial Court in Belgrade.
